The General Association of Chinese Culture (GACC) revealed the Lunar New Year’s Eve Concert “We Are (WE ARE我們的除夕夜)”, scheduled to broadcast on Feb. 9, has been successfully recorded with sparkling designs and performances.
The GACC mentioned that to showcase the diversity of Taiwanese culture, the concert invited performers from different fields to stage exclusive shows, including popular singers, professional baseball players, and cheerleaders, along with cultural performances like Taiwanese opera and a retro nightclub show.
GACC Secretary-General Lee Hou-ching (李厚慶) highlighted that to match the dynamic performances, they built a flexible stage with mobile screens and dazzling LED lights, offering the best stage experience and unique visual effects for each performer in the concert.
The 2024 New Year’s Eve Concert “We Are” will be broadcast at 8 p.m. on Feb. 9 through television platforms such as the Chinese Television System (CTS) main channel, Multimedia on Demand of Chunghwa Telecom (CHT MOD), and TaiwanPlus, as well as social media like the GACC’s Youtube channel and Facebook page, LINE TODAY, and Yahoo TV (on Feb. 10).
