Tien, Representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India, Mr. Hsin-Jen Lin, Director, Taiwan Tourism Bureau/ TVA Singapore Office, Ms. Rosa Liu, Manager, Taiwan External Trade Development Council, Ms. Tina Chuang, Manager, Taiwan’s MICE industry pilot and Mr. Yuan  Jung-Ping, Chairman, Chinese Qin Association attend the inauguration of BLTM on Oct 26. Mr. Yuan improvised playing Chinese GuQin during the event to promote Taiwan Tourism.
