Taiwan Tech Arena Showcases Taiwan’s Tech Startups at InnovFest Unbound 2019

Taiwan Tech Arena led 28 startups that are supported by the programs of MoST, showcasing their innovative tech solutions in Innovfest Unbound, the biggest innovation event in SEA from 6/27 to 6/28, bringing many startups into the spotlight.


“This is second time that the Ministry of Science and Technology leading startups delegation and organizing Taiwan Pavilion in Singapore, showcasing their innovation, the Pavilion has gathered some of the best minds in AI, IoT, Healthcare, software and advanced manufacture ” during Innovfest Unbound 2019, and it is sure to be one of the must-sees to discover the lastest trends and products in Taiwan’s tech innovative industries.” said Ms. Chun-Yi Tu, Deputy Director General of the Department of Academia-Industry Collaboration and Science Park Affairs.


Kelvin Tan, director of NUS Enterprise also pointed out, in recent years, Singapore dedicated in helping local startups to go global, leveraging worldwide capitals and mentors so that startups can expand their business to international market. This time, NUS Enterprise is very happy to cooperate with Taiwan Tech Arena, to help startups get more connected with the ecosystem of Taiwan.


NADI System Corp also announced an order of 1 million USD with local partner today. The product, IRIS TM, is a next generation IoT management system to solve the key operational problems faced by operators of airports, smart cities, data centers, and other critical facilities, saving management fees..


Scale Up Your Global Tech Ventures with Taiwan Tech Ecosystem


On the first day of InnovFest Unbound 2019, TTA had its opening for Taiwan’s national pavilion and held a forum with a topic - Scale Up Your Global Tech Ventures with Taiwan tech ecosystem. The forum invited Yvonne Chen (Capital Founder from Ceres), Chelsea Sim (Founder from Botbot AI) and Oliver Tan (Founder of ViSenze) as panelists. These panelists shared their viewpoints on how Taiwan can fit in global startup ecosystem.


TTA Connects Taiwan’s Startup Ecosystem with Global Ones


Established by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), TTA is a tech innovation and entrepreneurship program aims to connect Taiwan’s tech startup ecosystem to global one. TTA’s goal is to attract global and domestic talents and actively foster tech-startup ecosystem by building a co-creation platform for entrepreneurs, accelerators, venture capitals, and corporate partners under one dome. TTA actively cultivates and works with startups that have the ambition and passion to provide innovation solutions by using artificial intelligence, software, semi-conductor and etc.
