A 19-member delegation under the Young Agricultural Ambassadors New Southbound Policy Exchange Program, which is jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Council of Agricultural Affairs of Taiwan, successfully concluded their eight-day-seven-night trip in India on Aug. 25, 2019.
At the press conference held in New Delhi on Aug. 24, the delegation shared their feelings and perspectives of their meetings with the officials at the Punjab State House and Nagaland State House in the capital city, opinion exchanges at the Secretariat of the Afro-Asian Rural Development Organization as well as hands-on experiences at the Laxmanrao Inamdar National Academy for Cooperative Research and Development (Gururam) under the National Cooperative Development Corporation, besides visiting several traditional local markets and farm fields.
