PUBLIC ADVISORY
In compliance with the RCBC PLAZA building preventive measures against COVID-19, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in the Philippines requires the applicants for migrant worker visa to strictly observe the following COVID-19 preventive measures:
- The liaison officers of the Philippine manpower agencies must file migrant worker visa applications on time as arranged.
- All migrant worker visa applicants for fingerprint scanning are not allowed to arrive at the RCBC PLAZA earlier than the scheduled time and must stay only in the waiting room at 3rd floor, Tower 2.
- The following regulations shall be enforced in the waiting room:
- Open hours are from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Social distancing is required at all times.
- NO eating (including chewing gum) & drinking (including water)
- NO lying down on the bench
- NO leaning against the wall
- NO kicking or damaging the wall
- DO NOT take away any items not yours
- Maintain cleanliness in the room
- The liaison officers of the Philippine manpower agencies and all migrant worker visa applicants are required not to loiter in the building and must strictly adhere to the RCBC PLAZA building preventive measures against COVID-19 pandemic.
- If TECO receives any complaints from the RCBC PLAZA Administration regarding violation of the above-mentioned requirements by migrant worker visa applicants, TECO will issue a warning letter to the manpower agency responsible for the aforesaid violation and it will be suspended from filing migrant worker visa applications for one (1) month immediately.
