Since 2016, the Bureau of Foreign Trade (MOEA) authorized  TAITRA to organize the “New Southbound Talent Training Class”(新南向人才儲備專班), in response to the government’s new southbound policy. The class aims on rearing talent for the New Southbound Policy. The class helps Taiwanese companies develop skilled workers for long-term and short-term needs, increasing human resources for the New Southbound policy.
