The 2021 international youth “NTPC MAGIC” invited major English-speaking countries such as Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, etc., to promote bilingual education together. Moreover, students from vocational senior high schools presented projects in English and showcased their achievements.

This event was organized by three professional groups of New Taipei Municipal Jhangshu International Creative Technical High School (樟樹國際實中) - Multimedia Animation, Fashion, and Information. The activities were carried out with groupings of participants and the theme was the cross-domain integration of "technology, bilingualism, and aesthetics".  

Teachers and students went through the stages of pattern design, rendering, laser cutting, and assembly of the created four-axis aerial drones with symbols representing different countries. Moreover, they have carried out drone operations.

The chief of Education Department, New Taipei City Government - Chang Ming-wen (張明文) stated that New Taipei City is actively building an international learning & exchange platform for students. Through 5 strategies, including “international exchanges”, “bilingual teacher training”, “international school certification”, “technical and vocational dual education system”, and “international sister cities”, the students are encouraged to connect themselves to the world with the English language as a tool.
