National Immigration Agency (Penghu County First Service Center) currently held a spring festival cultural activity at new immigrants family association in Magong City, Penghu County. New immigrant from Vietnam (阮氏鳳) was invited as lecturer to introduce traditional Vietnamese festival cuisine for the upcoming Lunar New Year.

She runs the Vietnamese restaurant "A-Feng Beef Pho"(阿鳳牛肉河粉), and is also the director of the association. The story behind the traditional Vietnamese rice dumplings was firstly introduced in the activity. Due to the long and narrow land of Vietnam, the customs of the south and the north are different. For example, the rice dumplings in the north are square shaped, while the rice dumplings in the south are cylindrical, which also means that the safety of the county and citizen.

The Penghu County Service Center also cooperates with the Specialized Operation Corps. to promote The Scholarship Program for Immigrants & their Children, prevention of African swine fever, prevention of human trafficking and the latest residence and stay laws. The director (桂祥晟) of social department, Penghu County Government was invited to promote the prevention and treatment of domestic violence and various welfare resources.

The director (邱國志) of Penghu County Service Center Said that in order to encourage new immigrants to obtain professional certificates and develop professional skills, NIA  has implemented the "111 The Scholarship Program for Immigrants & their Children". The registration starts from February 20th, 2023, to March 13th, those who meet the qualifications are welcome to apply to NIA.

Remind the public not to bring and ship pork products to Taiwan, to avoid high fines for violating regulations, and remind that epidemic prevention measures must still be taken during the epidemic
