MOE Scholarships awarded to 129 students from South Asian countries

The Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC) in India held an award ceremony on August 4, 2023 to present Taiwan Scholarships or Huayu Enrichment Scholarships to 129 students from countries in south Asia. Most of the recipients are from many states of India but there were also recipients from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka who received scholarships to study for a degree in Taiwan.

The Federation of International Human Rights Museums-Asia Pacific (FIHRM-AP) organized its annual conference in Taiwan for the first time. The conference is held in at National Taiwan University, running from Nov. 6 to Nov. 10.
