The 2018 Spring Festival Cultural "Diabolo Dance Theater" hosted by Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC), with the "Ocean Celebration" as the theme. It was performed at the Ciputra Hall in Surabaya on March 11th. The program was wonderful. It interacted with the audience and received enthusiastic from over 700 audiences.
 

The Spring Festival Cultural "Diabolo Dance Theater" was lead by Chang Fumei, the national policy advisor,  the perform on Surabaya is the final performance in Asia Tour. The Event are held with guidance from the Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Surabaya, organized by Taiwan Business Club Surabaya and the East Java Indonesia Taiwan Alumni Association. This event are supported by the overseas Chinese communities in East Java and jointly promoted the performance, more than 710 tickets were sold out.
 

The representative of TETO Jakarta, John Chen, and Jeffrey Hsiao as director general of  TETO Surabaya, the Honorary Staff of the Overseas Chinese Affairs in the Surabaya, and team leader Chang Fu-Mei were all on the stage, they joined the audience to celebrate the year of the dog. Then the directors of the Taiwan Business Club, Huang Li-zhen, Represntative John Chen, Director Jeffrey Hsiao, and Zhang Fu-mei delivered speeches to kick off the program.
 

On the day of the performance,  Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Surabaya also invited 50 people in the local government, and academic society to attend the event. “Diabolo Dance Theater” performance,  breaks through language barrier and demonstrates Taiwanese culture and creativity, through dance and Chinese YOYO. This wonderful arts and feast has deepened the understanding of Taiwan's culture.
