Philippine delegation attends 2016 Asia-Pacific Cultural Day in Taipei, Taiwan

Republic of China (Taiwan) Vice-President Chen Chien-jen inaugurated the Opening Ceremony of the 2016 Asia-Pacific Cultural Day in Taipei, Taiwan Main Station.
