SHIH was invited to witness the Chairperson Handover Ceremony of the Council of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (Thai Binh Branch) and attend its Lunar New Year Party. He had the privilege to have a photo with the immediate-past chairperson Ms. Huang, Hsiu-man and the new chairperson Mr. Shu, Chia-lung.
