Director General Charles Li called on Principal Secretary of Ministry of Minor, Small and Medium Enterprises of Tamil Nadu, Mr. Mangat Ram Sharma, to discuss the cooperation of Small and Medium Enterprises between Tamil Nadu and Taiwan.

Mr. Mangat Ram Sharma just came back from Taipei to participate the Workshop on Small and Medium  Enterprises Development organized by International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) of Taiwan, and shared the experiences with other countries’ participants of the Small and Medium  Enterprises Development. He was very impressed by the efficiency, politeness, punctuality of Taiwanese people and the neatness of Taipei MRT.
