President Tsai Ing-wen pledges to assist Republic of China (Taiwan) diplomatic ally Marshall Islands reach its sustainable development goals during an address at a welcome banquet Oct. 30 in the capital Majuro. Tsai will also visit ROC diplomatic allies Tuvalu and Solomon Islands during her eight-day official trip to the Pacific. (CNA)
