John C. Chen, head of the Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Jakarta, signs a memorandum of agreement on behalf of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Ministry of Education with Indonesia’s Bina Nusantara University on promoting academic and cultural exchanges Nov. 8 in the Indonesian capital.
