(Taiwan) nationals to be reunited and seeking to safeguard the right to family reunification, announced on September 13 that it would allow foreign spouses of R.O.C. (Taiwan) nationals who have completed marriage procedures and their minor children to apply to enter Taiwan while strict border controls remain in place.
