Collaboration with Malaysian Creative Master to Create 200 “Taiwan OhBear Cars” Promoting Taiwan’s Popular Travel Themes

To expand the attraction of Malaysian tourists to Taiwan, Taiwan Tourism Administration KL office invited Top Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian & World Creative Art Master- Mr. Stanley Goh to create 3 designs of the OhBear Cars, with the themes “Railway Tourism,” “Taiwan’s Hot Springs,” and “Muslim-Friendly.” Taiwan Tourism Administration KL office held a press conference for the launch of “Taiwan OhBear Cars” on 27 Oct.

Dr. Joy Yen, Deputy Head of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia stated that Taiwan’s tourism slogan is “the Heart of Asia,” emphasizing its location as a gateway to Asia and a regional hub. It also highlights that Taiwan is the perfect combination of modernity and tradition. And mentioned that three main advantages of traveling to Taiwan: a safe society, convenient transportation, and friendly and hospitable people, which allow travelers to explore the beauty of Taiwan comfortably.

Starting in October, 200 specially designed OhBear Cars will roam the streets of the Klang Valley area in Malaysia. People only need to take photos of “Taiwan OhBear Cars” on the road and upload them to their personal Facebook or Instagram accounts to join “Snap & Win Taiwan” Capture Taiwan OhBear Cars Activity and have a chance to win round-trip air tickets to Taiwan.
