TECO in Vietnam Awards 2019 Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarships and Huayu Enrichment Scholarships

The Education Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam held a ceremony in Hanoi on August 6, to award the 2019 Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarships and Huayu Enrichment Scholarships.
