On September 18, Director General Kendra Chen hosted a delegation of principals from elementary and secondary schools affiliated with the Yilan County Government for an overseas educational visit. During the meeting, Director Chen introduced the education cooperation between Taiwan and New Zealand, as well as the development of the overseas Taiwanese community and the outcomes of local exchanges in the Greater Auckland area.

A unique conference focusing on the potential of Indonesian semiconductor industry development took place at the Research Building of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) on August 13th.
