Taiwan and Indonesia Sign The Arrangement for Implementing The Indonesian Young Farmer Internship Program in Taiwan, Fostering Bilateral Agriculture Talent Exchange and Development

In order to foster agricultural talent development and exchange between Taiwan and Indonesia, Representative John C. Chen of Taipei Economic and Trade Office(TETO) in Indonesia, and Representative Didi Sumedi of the Indonesian Economic and Trade Office(IETO) to Taipei, signed The Arrangement for Implementing The Indonesian Young Farmer Internship Program in Taiwan at the Council of Agriculture(COA) on August 28, witnessed by both Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture(MOA) and COA officials.

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) convened the “Fifth APEC Ministerial Meeting on Food Security” in Puerto Varas, Chile, on August 23 and 24, 2019 (local time). Taiwan was represented at the event by a delegation led by Council of Agriculture (COA) Deputy Minister Huang Chin-cheng.

Chinese Taipei School, Kuala Lumpur holds 2019 Graduation Ceremony

The 2019 Chinese Taipei School, Kuala Lumpur Graduation Ceremony was held in the school hall on June 15, for 71 graduates: 12 students graduating from kindergarten, 20 from primary school, 15 from junior secondary school, and 24 from senior secondary school. Parents, teachers, and the board of directors attended the ceremony to celebrate these milestones in the students’ learning journeys.
