The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) 2019 Lunar New Year Goodwill Mission will perform in 13 cities in eight countries in the Asia-Pacific region from February 13 to March 10. A pre-departure public performance was arranged for Keelung Cultural Center in Keelung City on January 20. OCAC Deputy Minster Kao Chien-chih attended the show, presented the flag to the Mission leader and offered encouragement to the members. The show was watched by more than 500 people amidst a happy atmosphere.
