The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) 2019 Lunar New Year Goodwill Mission will perform in 13 cities in eight countries in the Asia-Pacific region from February 13 to March 10. A pre-departure public performance was arranged for Keelung Cultural Center in Keelung City on January 20.
