The Youth Cultural Gardeners: Taiwan-Southeast Asia Grants Program for Culture Exchanges and Collaboration is part of the Ministry of Culture's latest southward bound policy. Youths in Taiwan are chosen on the Taiwan-Southeast Asia cultural exchanges since 2016.
