Taiwan took the third spot in the Asian Corporate Governance Association’ (ACGA) “CG Watch 2023” rankings, up one place from the previous survey in 2020.

Ministry of Education Welcomes New Scholarship Recipients, Encourages Students to Explore Opportunities in Taiwan after Graduation

The 2023-24 Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Recipients Orientation and Welcome Party, a vibrant event welcoming the new academic year, was held on November 10th at the Chang Yung-Fa Foundation. The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and diplomats from various countries came together to welcome the new scholarship recipients who have chosen Taiwan for their studies.

Indian Higher Education Delegation visits Taiwan to Establish Semiconductor Related Training Collaboration

A higher education delegation from India, led by Dr. Gundurao Sitharam Thallak, Chairman of the All India Council of Technical Education, visited Taiwan in early September, to strengthen educational ties with universities in Taiwan. The other ten members of the delegation comprised five vice-chancellors and five professors from five universities in India.

Thailand Biennale 2023 features three Taiwanese artists

The Thailand Biennale 2023 kicked off in Chiang Rai on Dec. 9. This year’s theme is “Open World.” Among 60 artists from around the globe, three Taiwanese artists – Wang Wen-chih (王文志), Michael Lin (林明弘), and Hsu Chia-wei (許家維) – were invited to showcase their artworks.

Designers not only need to excel in design but also collaborate with various professions to synergy unique perspectives and innovative methods.

2023 IMD World Digital Competitiveness: Taiwan Has Advanced to the 9th Position Globally, With the Leading Position in Five Key Indicators Worldwide

The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) released the 2023 World Digital Competitiveness Ranking (DCR) today (30th). In this assessment of 64 major countries and economies worldwide, Taiwan has secured the 9th position, marking an improvement of 2 places compared to 2022. Notably, Taiwan leads globally in five key indicators.
