The 2024 Asian Physics Olympiad was held from June 3 to June 9 at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Kampar campus in Perak, to encourage more young people to pursue their interests in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. After 18 years, the 12^th National Jamboree, Scouts of China (Taiwan) finally returns to Tsou Ma Lai Farm in Tainan. With “Working Together, Embracing the World, and Heading Towards Sustainability” as this year’s theme, the event welcomed nearly 8,000 scouts from 18 countries including Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
