In order to promote all the new immigrants related projects, Chairwoman of parenting reading association Liang Hsieh was encouraged by Social Affairs Bureau, Taichung City Government to call local organizations in Taichung concerning the new immigrants to form the ''new immigrants federation'' ; today (18th) they conducted the unveiling ceremony to start the operation.
