On behalf of Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang, Deputy Representative Steven Tai attended the Taiwan Cultural Forum organized by the Taipei Business Association of Singapore Youth Chapter on 29 April 2017. The forum served as a platform to encourage cooperation and exchange between the cultural and creative industries of Taiwan, Singapore and other countries in the region.
