Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Surabaya hosted a Taiwan Tourism Seminar on 15 December 2016 to facilitate the visa application inquiries and to promote Taiwan’s Moslem-Friendly Tourism in East Java. More than 40 representatives from over 40 tourism industry attended the Seminar.

The Radio Taiwan International delegation came to chennai to host a listeners' Luncheon meeting on 3rd December 2016, Director General Charles Li and Assistant Director General Steven Chung were invited to attending the meeting to interact with the RTI listeners.
