Taiwan's central bank governor Yang Chin-long (楊金龍) has earned an "A" grade, for the second consecutive year, in an annual report issued by the New York-based Global Finance magazine. The Central Banker Report Cards 2020, released Wednesday, showed Yang among the 10 central bankers worldwide who received the top grade for their leadership and effective financial policies.
