He arrived in Taichung earlier to visit Mayor Lin. In addition to the reunion with an old friend, they also discussed widely on the plan of constructing Taichung into an international non-governmental organization (INGO) center.
Taichung City will hold the 2018 International Taichung Flora Exposition, The City Tourism Bureau and the National Tourism Quality Assurance Association held two promotional events in Taipei and Kaohsiung, to introduce central Taiwan tourism products and to seek cooperation.
