Five parties cooperate to promote international exchange at the 2023 Sport Event Taiwan Workshop Launch Forum

The Sports Administration held the “2023 Sport Event Taiwan Workshop Launch Forum” on February 24 and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Japan Sport Tourism Alliance (JSTA), Asian Association for Sport Management (AASM), HYPE Global Virtual Accelerator Taiwan (HYPE GVA Taiwan), and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (GCSC) to jointly promote the Workshop’s series of events.

Ocean Affairs Council held APEC workshop on women empowerment to facilitate gender equality in ocean science towards sustainable ocean governance

The Ocean Affairs Council organized the “APEC Workshop on Promoting Women’s Role in Ocean Science towards Sustainable and Inclusive Ocean Governance” on March 16th and 17th in Kaohsiung as part of its efforts to promote and enhance women’s participation in ocean science. It echoes the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, and APEC’s theme for 2023, “Creating a Resilient and Sustainable Future for All.”
