Taipei 2017 Universiade will begin on August 19. The torch relay will now follow a LOVE shaped route as it links 22 counties and cities across Taiwan, promoting this major sporting event and spreading the Universiade spirit. The V part of the relay connects all these cities and counties as a heart shape, representing the Love & Peace spirit of the sacred flame.
