2018 Taichung World Flora Exposition is scheduled to commence soft opening in September next year, in order to enhance public participation, Taichung City Government launched the “Flora expo photo album”, where invitation is extended to citizens to build their exclusive “7 gardens” and encourage them to truly embrace the flora expo in everyday life. 2017 WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup in Tainan from July 28 to August 6, Mayor Lai Invites the Entire Nation to Tainan to Support the Home Team

After much hard work, Tainan City has won the hosting rights of the next three editions (2015, 2017, 2019) of the WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup. Following the successful WBSC U-12 Baseball World Cup in 2015, the IV WBSC U-12 Baseball World Championship will be staged once again in Tainan from July 28 to August 6, 2017. This year’s championship has a strong line-up.
