Taipei, June 3 (CNA) Taiwan and Japan will join forces in developing the Internet of Things (IoT) to seek business opportunities in the region at a time when President Tsai Ing-wen has launched the New Southbound Policy, according the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
A memorandum of understanding on innovative application cooperation was inked by Taiwan’s state-backed Industrial Technology Research Institute and Thailand’s National Science and Technology Development Agency June 1 in the Southeast Asian nation.
