The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that that no additional cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were confirmed in Taiwan on July 29. On July 28, the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced the findings of the investigation into a Thai migrant worker found to have coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) after he returned to Thailand. According to the investigation, the migrant worker is an over 30-year-old male who had visited Taiwan for work in January of 2018. The Thai migrant worker returned to Thailand on July 21, 2020.
