Co-organized by Taipei Economic and Culture Office in Malaysia and INXO Arts and Culture Foundation, Tea Philo (哲學茶席) invited the artistic director of Formosa Aboriginal Singing and Dance Troupe (原舞者), Faidaw Fangod (懷劭‧法努司) and hosted a webinar on May 21 under the theme “Kakitikiting holding hands together, the landscape dream of FISDT 30.”

The post-pandemic era is almost here, and the recovery of international travel is just around the corner. In the meantime, Taiwan’s international tourism marketing received some good news. On June 1, Taiwan was recognized as the “Inclusive Destination of The Year (non-OIC)” at the inaugural “Halal in Travel Awards”, a ceremony held by CrescentRating.

Ocean Challenge 2022 expands into an international STEM competition: grant up to NTD 100,000 awarding the best proposal winner

The Ocean Affairs Council (OAC) and the American Institute in Taiwan Kaohsiung Branch Office (AIT/K) co-hosted the Ocean Challenge 2022 virtual event on June 1 and 2. This youth-oriented event expanded into an international competition for the first time this year, appealing to quite a number of school teams in the Indo-Pacific region, such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia to submit their action proposals.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated 2022 the year of “Health for Peace, Peace for Health”. To echo this theme, aside from co-hosting a forum on Increasing Accessibility to Health Care in Emergency Contexts with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the TaiwanICDF has also produced a video titled “One with the world, Taiwan responds!”.
