Representative Phoebe Yeh attended the opening ceremony of 2023 Taiwan Higher Education Fair Kota Kinabalu. This year the Fair takes place in Kota Kinabalu, Sibu, Batu Pahat, Kuala Lumpur and Penang from March 27 to April 12, with 78 Taiwan universities participating.

Representative of Taiwan in Malaysia Phoebe Yeh visited flood victims in Johor state and donated US$60,000 for flood relief on March 12.

The 25th anniversary National Multicultural Festival was held in Canberra from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 February, 2023. Over 170 cultures were represented, 250 stalls, 30 cultural showcases and performances were included, the event drew crowds of 350,000 attendees.

Representative Phoebe Yeh attended the launching ceremony of 2023 Taiwan Higher Education Fair, organized by the Federation of Alumni Associations of Taiwan Universities, Malaysia (FAATUM) on February 12, 2023.
