The 2023 APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting (AELM), hosted by the United States, concluded at noon on November 17 (local time). Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) founder and Leader’s Representative Dr. Morris Chang (張忠謀) participated in the full meeting and conveyed Taiwan’s ideas and positions, successfully completing his mission for the AELM.
On the evening of November 14, ahead of his departure for the United States to attend the 2023 APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting (AELM) from November 15 to 17 in San Francisco, APEC Leader’s Representative Dr. Morris Chang (張忠謀) delivered remarks on his trip.
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) stated that the 2023 APEC Finance Ministers’ Meeting is held in San Francisco, the United States, from November 10 to 13. The Finance Minister Ms. Tsui-Yun Chuang and the Vice Chairperson of Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) Ms. Tsuey-Lin Hsiao lead a delegation of officials from the MOF, FSC, and the Central Bank, to the Meeting.
