The Education Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City has been conducting the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) tests for many years as part of its work promoting Mandarin learning and evaluation in Vietnam, South of Da Nang. The tests are held in various cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Can Tho, and Dong Thap, and more than 2,000 applicants each year apply to sit for the tests.
