TECO in Vietnam visits Thai Nguyen University - Lao Cai Campus

A delegation from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam made a 2-day visit to Thai Nguyen University - Lao Cai Campus on December 10 and 11, 2020. Thai Nguyen University - Lao Cai Campus is located close to the border between Vietnam and Yunnan province in China, making it the northernmost university in Vietnam. Indigenous people comprise 65% of the population of Lao Cai province, so a major responsibility of the university is to provide education and training for them.
