The International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) is now accepting applications for its 2021 International Higher Education Scholarship Program until March 15. In cooperation with 20 Taiwanese universities, the scholarship program offers 30 Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. programs in various fields including science and technology, agriculture, public health and business management.
