Mr. David Hazlehurst, Deputy Secretary of the Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) and Chen Junne-jih, Deputy Minister of Taiwan’s Council of Agriculture (COA), convened a bilateral video conference on March 3, during which they signed, in Canberra and Taipei respectively, the “Taiwan-Australia Agricultural Working Group - Terms of Reference.”

The Education Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City has been conducting the Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) tests for many years as part of its work promoting Mandarin learning and evaluation in Vietnam, South of Da Nang. The tests are held in various cities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Can Tho, and Dong Thap, and more than 2,000 applicants each year apply to sit for the tests.
