On 27 January 2018, Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang presided over the 2018 Handover of the President and Inauguration Ceremony of 25 new committee members of the Taipei Business Association in Singapore (TBA SG).  Also at the ceremony were Deputy Representative Steven Tai and other officials from the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore.

 

In his address, Representative Francis Liang commended Mr. Chen Cheng-min, Immediate Past President of TBA SG, for his dedicated service to the association and its members as well as his support of the various initiatives and programs of the Taipei Representative Office in Singapore. Representative Liang also congratulated Mr. Shih Chih Lung on his appointment as the new President of TBA SG, and hoped that under the leadership of Mr. Shih and his new team, the Association will continue to grow from strength to strength.

 

The ceremony, attended by over 100 members and invited guests, also saw the giving out of scholarship awards to deserving students.
