In order to further implement the ‘NEW SOUTHBOUND POLICY’ and seek greater business and investment opportunities in Tamil Nadu, Director General Charles Li called on Hon. M.C. Sampath, Minister of Industries, in the afternoon of 11th May 2018 to discuss the preparation for GLOBAL INVESTORS MEET 2019 to be held in January 2019. In the meeting, details about the participation of Taiwanese companies and manufactures in Global Investors Meet 2019 were discussed. Minister of Industries, Hon M.C. Sampath encouraged the world-famous Taiwanese hi-tech companies to actively participate in the Global Investors Meet 2019. He claimed that the investment environment and incentives in Tamil Nadu must be attractive to the Taiwanese investors. The Minister himself and his staff in the ministry assured that they will do their best to facilitate the biggest ever delegation from Taiwan to participate in the Global Investors Meet 2019 and also to arrange Industrial Parks visit in Tamil Nadu to gain insights about their potential and advantages.
