Mr. Cheng (Right 5) and the delegation called on Amb. Tien (Right 4) at TECC, accompanied by staff of TECC.
The delegation from International Climate Development Institute and Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, led by Mr. Mark Cheng, Deputy Director General of Central Weather Bureau, paid a courtesy call on Amb. Tien on February 10. They exchanged views on the topics of climate change and possible cooperation between India and Taiwan.
