An international online symposium Grounded in Place: Dialogues Between First Nations Artists was held in Queensland University of Technology Kelvin Grove campus from 7 to 9 October. Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and TECO Brisbane participated in the symposium.

Sixteen First Nations artists, curators and filmmakers from Australia, Taiwan and New Zealand attended this first ever collaboration between Taiwan’s National Museum of Prehistory, QUT and Aotearoa/New Zealand’s Aotearoa’s Govett-Brewster Art Gallery.
