Chinese Taipei’s APEC projects have ascended to the global top position, as the Ministry of Economic Affairs reveals 7 projects with impressive results

On July 11th, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) hosted the “APEC Science and Technology Cooperation Achievements Press Conference” to announce that Taiwan has successfully secured APEC funds for 6 projects according to the APEC’s official announcement. This remarkable achievement has brought our country’s accumulated projects to 47 over the past four years, surpassing the United States in securing the top position among all member economies.

Charles Li, Secretary General of the TaiwanICDF, and Professor Emeritus Dr. Pongsak Angkasith, Chairman of the RPF Research and Development Committee, signed the fifth agricultural cooperation memorandum on July 25, 2023. The document was signed at RPF’s headquarters in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and represents a milestone in Taiwan and Thailand’s ongoing partnership in agricultural affairs.
