Overseas Community Affairs Council R.O.C. (TAIWAN) Host the 2025 Taiwanese Culture and Folk Art Teacher Training Program

To cultivate overseas cultural teachers and event planning talent, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) is joining with National Taiwan University of Sport (NTUS) this summer to hold the two-week “2025 Taiwanese Culture and Folk Art Teaching Training Program”. The OCAC was represented by Chen Po-Chin, Deputy Director of the Department of Overseas Compatriate Education Affairs, who welcomed the overseas cultural seed teachers to Taiwan at the program’s opening ceremony on July 17.

Creative Expo Taiwan to expand for its largest edition in August

The 2025 Creative Expo Taiwan (CET), titled “Water Scapes,” is set to take place at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei from Aug. 2 to 11. The Ministry of Culture (MOC) held a prelaunch press conference to promote the CET on July 16, with Minister of Culture Li Yuan, Deputy Minister Sue Wang, and other distinguished guests in attendance.
