Taiwan’s Indigenous literature exhibition held in Australia

The exhibition “Sing With a Pen: The Heavenly Voice of Taiwan’s Indigenous Literature (用筆來唱歌——臺灣原住民族文學展),” co-hosted by the National Museum of Taiwan Literature (NMTL) and the University of Melbourne, was inaugurated on Sept. 5. Taiwanese Indigenous Paiwan writer Ahronglong Sakinu was invited to deliver an opening speech at the event.

2024 World Ethnic Film Festival to take place across Taiwan

Organized by the Mongolian and Tibetan Cultural Center, the 2024 World Ethnic Film Festival (WEFF), scheduled from Sep. 13 to 22, will take place across Taiwan in six cities, including Taipei, Taichung, Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Hualien, featuring a total of 19 films across 60 screening sessions.

The National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra (NTSO) International Youth Orchestra Camp traveled to Thailand to stage the Taiwan-Thailand Exchange Concert at the Taiwan Association of Thailand and Silpakorn University on Aug. 25 and 26. This marked NTSO’s return to Thailand after four-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
