At the Cabinet’s weekly meeting Thursday, Premier Cho Jung-tai received a Ministry of Education briefing on the NT$10 billion (US$307.3 million) Youth Overseas Dream Fund program. The premier said the program’s purpose is to encourage young Taiwanese in different fields to engage in international exchanges, expand their global horizons and acquire professional expertise.
